We are equally proud of our support and response. When a bug is reported it becomes
our top priority to fix it ASAP. Sometimes, for a brief period, a bug will be tracked with
the Status of "OPEN". 99% of the time we fix bug reports within 2 days.
HOW TO REPORT A BUG:
If you have found a Bug
in any of our application, let us know - so we can fix it. Please post the description of the problem
at support.ietechng.com. Include the
following information when reporting the bug:

The Release and Build number of Application
(from the About window)
The Platform(OS) you are using.
A description of the problem and how to make it happen If it would help, attach example
files to compare or merge
Perhaps, attach a screenshot that shows us the problem
